Refunds and purchase rights
There are no paid orders on klips.fyi yet. The final policy will distinguish a voluntary guarantee from mandatory consumer rights.
Three different questions.
- A voluntary money-back guarantee, if one is offered.
- A legal right to withdraw or cancel, where it applies.
- Remedies when supplied digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
A digital purchase is not automatically non-refundable.
An exclusion or loss of a cooling-off right depends on relevant law and valid conditions. It does not by itself remove mandatory remedies for a defective or non-conforming product.
Use the seller for your order.
The final route will distinguish a website seller or Merchant of Record from Microsoft Store. The receipt and published seller terms will identify where to make a request.
What a request needs.
Use the order reference, contact address and the reason needed for the relevant type of request. A withdrawal that does not require a reason must not be made dependent on supplying one.
No invented guarantee.
A refund period, processing deadline or promise of lifetime support will be published only when the seller can actually honor it.
