Legal
EEA information
Draft supplement for relevant processing and consumer purchases connected with the European Economic Area.
Privacy scope.
GDPR applicability can arise from an EEA establishment or relevant offering of goods or services to people in the EEA or monitoring there. Citizenship, interface language and a USD price are not universal tests.
Information and rights.
The final privacy notice must identify the controller, purposes, lawful grounds, recipients, retention and applicable international-transfer arrangements. Representative and DPO details are included when the corresponding legal criteria apply, not merely because Klips is an application.
Digital content and withdrawal.
The final seller must explain delivery, compatibility and consumer rights before payment. Specific digital-delivery conditions can affect cooling-off rights; mandatory remedies remain separate. A covered online withdrawal process must be operational rather than represented only by a static policy page.
