Specified commercial disclosures.
The final 特定商取引法に基づく表記 must disclose the actual seller, contact details, price and additional charges, payment and delivery terms, cancellation or return conditions and relevant system requirements.
Before the order.
A buyer must be able to understand important terms and review or correct the order before confirming payment. A general European digital-content exception must not be copied as a universal Japanese refund rule.
Personal information.
Applicable APPI notices and overseas-transfer arrangements must be assessed for the actual recipients and purposes. Any required local-language information and consent must match that assessment.
