Privacy information.

The final Korean notice must describe the relevant data, purposes, recipients and overseas-processing details, including the actual countries and time or retention conditions where required.

Transfer grounds.

PIPA provides different legal routes for overseas transfers. A blanket acceptance of the entire privacy policy must not replace a separate consent or another route's conditions when those are required.

Digital purchases.

The seller must assess Korean withdrawal rights and the conditions of any digital-content exception. Immediate delivery alone must not be assumed to make every digital purchase non-refundable.
