Accountability and contact.
Where PDPA applies, a public business contact for the responsible data-protection role must be available. support@klips.fyi is the proposed privacy contact and must be verified before publication.
Purposes and choices.
The final notice and processes must explain actual purposes, relevant access or correction rights, withdrawal mechanisms and retention arrangements.
Overseas processing.
Transfers must meet applicable protection requirements for the real recipient and operation. A globally available hosting or payment service is not itself a complete transfer assessment.
