The website introduces Klips and provides information and support resources. The operator is Aqueduct, with contact details on the publisher-information page.
Use the site responsibly.
Do not interfere with the site's availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the contact channels to send unlawful content. Ordinary reading does not require an account or a purchase.
Content and ownership.
Klips branding, original website material and software-related content are protected by their applicable rights. Third-party materials remain subject to their own notices. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own screenshots to the publisher.
External services.
Links to Cloudflare, Microsoft, a future payment seller or your storage service do not make those providers part of the publisher. Review the relevant provider's terms for its service.
Availability and your rights.
Information can change as the product develops. No clause is intended to exclude mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final applicable-law and dispute wording must be reviewed for the operator and enabled markets.
